  • Creative Assets
  • Downloadable Bundles

All digital products are for personal or business use only unless otherwise stated.

Reselling, redistribution, duplication, or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments

  • feedback within reasonable time

    Delivery timelines may shift if required materials are delayed.

8. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are based on package scope.

Unexpected delays due to:

  • client response time
  • incomplete assets
  • technical issues
  • payment delays

may affect delivery schedule.

9. Trial Work

If trial work is offered:

  • trial terms will be communicated separately
  • trial work may require advance payment
  • trial content remains company property until payment completion

10. Intellectual Property

Client-Owned Content

Clients retain ownership of their original raw content and brand assets.

Content Hub Work

Designs, strategies, templates, concepts, and creative assets remain Content Hub property until full payment is received.

After full payment, ownership transfers only for agreed deliverables.

Internal workflows, templates, systems, and proprietary methods remain Content Hub intellectual property.

11. Prohibited Use

Users may not:

  • copy website content
  • redistribute digital products
  • misuse courses
  • reverse engineer templates
  • use purchased content illegally
  • share paid access with others

Violation may result in legal action.

12. Course Access

Course access may be:

  • lifetime
  • subscription-based
  • limited-term

depending on product purchased.

Access sharing is strictly prohibited.

Accounts found sharing access may be suspended without refund.

13. Ads & Marketing Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee:

14. Website Development Projects

For website projects:

  • domain/hosting charges may be separate

  • account bans
  • algorithm/platform changes
  • third-party service downtime
  • indirect damages

16. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend service if:

  • abusive behavior occurs
  • payment fraud is detected

  • platform policies are violated
